I. TOUR PRICE:
Tour prices are calculated in Dong (Vietnam – VND). In case customers pay in USD, it will be converted to VND according to the bank's exchange rate at the current time.
Tour prices only include items clearly listed in the “Included” section on the tour programs. Dao Travel Tour shall not be liable for any costs not covered by the “Included” section.
II. TOUR REFUNDS, CANCELLATIONS AND CANCELLATION POLICY
– Tour cancellation time is calculated for working days, referred to as “Days”. Tour cancellation requests after this time frame will be counted as tour cancellation on the following day.
– A day (working day) is calculated from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. daily, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. Compensatory days off with holidays are also considered holidays.
– Cancellation before X days (10,7,5,3,2,1) is understood as follows:
If you book a tour departing on 13/7 and then cancel the tour between 7:30-17:30 on 11/7, it will be called Cancellation 1 day in advance.
If the tour cancellation time is after 5:30 p.m. on July 11, it will be called Tour Cancellation before 24 hours of organization.
– Holiday tours are tours that take place on one of the holidays, Tet, or compensatory holidays according to the regulations at that time.
For example, Tet is 8 days off, then those 8 days are considered holidays.
1. In case of cancellation by TOUR DAO TRAVEL
If Dao Travel Tour unable to make the trip, Dao Travel Tour must immediately notify the customer and refund the customer the full amount paid by the customer within 1-3 working days from the time of notification of tour cancellation by cash or bank transfer.
2. In case of cancellation by customer:
2.1 For Private Tours
– Cancellation on weekdays
In case you cancel the tour right after purchasing it due to reasons such as illness or unexpected family problems, you should present relevant documents and send an email or letter with relevant content. Dao Travel Tour as soon as possible so that we can negotiate with the partners who booked your tour. During the negotiation process, we will try to refund as much of the tour purchase price as possible.
– In case right after booking the tour, you cancel and notify us. Dao Travel Tour will be as follows:
+ Before 14 days of tour departure (based on working days), penalty of 20%/ total tour price will be applied.
+ 10 days before the tour date, a penalty of 30%/total tour price will be charged.
+ Before 07 days from the tour date, a penalty of 50%/total tour price will be charged.
+ Before 06 days from the tour date, a penalty of 60%/total tour price will be charged.
+ Before 05 days from the tour date, a penalty of 70%/total tour price will be charged.
+ Before 04 days from the tour date, a penalty of 80%/total tour price will be charged.
+ Before 03 days of tour date, penalty of 100%/total tour price will be applied.
Total tour price is calculated as follows: Total amount on the contract/agreement between you and Dao Travel Tour Except for services with separate refund/cancellation regulations (airline tickets, hotel rooms, and other services...), you will be subject to additional penalties according to the regulations of these units.
– In case right after purchasing the tour, you want to change the departure date to another date and notify us. Dao Travel Tour We will be responsible as follows:
+ Try our best to check the service status and transfer the date for customers with fees depending on the characteristics of each tour. If the trip is related to air tickets, hotel rooms and other services, there will be transfer fees (if any) according to the regulations of these units.
+ In case there is no more service to change the date for you, you will have to pay a penalty according to the Tour Cancellation regulations above.
In case after purchasing the tour, you cancel the tour within 24 hours before departure or arrive late after departure time, it will be considered as you cancel the tour yourself and will be fined 100%.
– In case right after purchasing the tour, you want to change the departure date to another date, Dao Travel Tour will try to transfer it to you. However, there are special tours that do not allow transfer/cancellation or require a transfer/cancellation fee due to the regulations of that tour. In this case, you will be considered to have canceled the tour without permission and will be fined 100%.
– Cancellation on Holidays and Tet. In case you cancel the tour immediately after purchasing it due to unexpected reasons or incidents, you should present relevant documents and send an email or letter with relevant content to Dao Travel Tour as soon as possible so that we can negotiate with the partners who booked your tour. During the negotiation process, we will try to refund as much of the tour purchase price as possible.
– In case right after booking the tour, you cancel and notify us. Dao Travel Tour will be as follows:

– In case right after purchasing the tour, you want to change the departure date to another date and notify us. Dao Travel Tour We will be responsible as follows:
+ Try our best to check the service status and transfer the date for you. If the trip involves air tickets, hotels or other services, there will be a transfer fee according to the regulations of these units.
+ In case there is no more service to change the date for you, you will have to pay a penalty according to the Tour Cancellation regulations.
– In case after purchasing the tour, you cancel the tour within 03 days before departure, cancel without prior notice or arrive late after departure time, you will be fined 100%.
2.2 For Group Tours
– Cancel on weekdays
In case you cancel and notify us right after booking the tour, Dao Travel Tour will be as follows:
- From 1-3 guests (including adults and children)
+ Before 03 days from the tour date, a penalty of 0%/total tour price will be charged.
+ 2 days before the tour date, a penalty of 30% tour fee will be charged.
+ 1 day before the tour date, a penalty of 50% tour fee will be charged.
+ Cancellation 24 hours before tour date will be charged 100% tour fee.
- From 4-7 guests (including adults and children)
+ Before 05 days from the tour date, a penalty of 0%/total tour price will be charged.
+ Before 04 days from the tour date, a penalty of 20%/total tour price will be charged.
+ 03 days before the tour date, penalty is 30%/total tour price.
+ 2 days before the tour date, a penalty of 50% will be charged for the tour fee.
+ 1 day before the tour date, a penalty of 70% tour fee will be charged.
+ Cancellation 24 hours before tour date will be charged 100% tour fee.
- From 8 - 12 guests (including adults and children)
+ Before 07 days from the tour date, a penalty of 0%/total tour price will be charged.
+ Before 05 days from the tour date, a penalty of 20%/total tour price will be charged.
+ Before 04 days from the tour date, a penalty of 30%/total tour price will be charged.
+ 03 days before the tour date, a penalty of 40% tour fee will be charged.
+ 2 days before the tour date, a penalty of 60% will be charged for the tour fee.
+ 1 day before the tour date, a penalty of 80% tour fee will be charged.
+ Cancellation 24 hours before tour date will be charged 100% tour fee.
- From 13 guests or more (including adults and children)
+ Before 07 days from the tour date, a penalty of 0%/total tour price will be charged.
+ Before 06 days from the tour date, a penalty of 20%/total tour price will be charged.
+ Before 05 days from the tour date, a penalty of 30%/total tour price will be charged.
+ Before 04 days from the tour date, a penalty of 40%/total tour price will be charged.
+ 3 days before the tour date, a penalty of 60% will be charged for the tour fee.
+ 2 days before the tour date, a penalty of 70% tour fee will be charged.
+ 1 day before the tour date, a penalty of 80% tour fee will be charged.
+ Cancellation 24 hours before tour date will be charged 100% tour fee.
In case after purchasing the tour, if you cancel the tour within 24 hours before departure or arrive late after departure time, it will be considered as you cancel the tour yourself and will be fined 100%.
– For holidays.
In case you cancel and notify us right after booking the tour, Dao Travel Tour will be as follows:
+ 10 days before the tour date, a penalty of %/total tour price will be charged.
+ Before 7 days from the tour date, a penalty of 20%/total tour price will be charged.
+ Before 05 days from the tour date, a penalty of 30%/total tour price will be charged.
+ Before 04 days from the tour date, a penalty of 50%/total tour price will be charged.
+ 03 days before the tour date will be fined 70% tour fee.
+ 2 days before the tour date, a penalty of 100% will be imposed. In case after purchasing the tour, if you cancel the tour within 24 hours before departure or arrive late after the departure time, it will be considered as you cancel the tour yourself and will be fined 100%.
– Tour Transfer Regulations
– In case right after purchasing the tour, you want to change the departure date to another date, Dao Travel Tour will try to deliver to you.
– However, there are special tours that do not allow transfer/cancellation or require a transfer/cancellation fee due to the tour's regulations. In this case, it is considered that you have voluntarily canceled the tour and will be fined 100%.
III. PAYMENT AFTER TOUR CANCELLATION
– After canceling the tour, please come and receive the money within 7 days, provide the account number for us to transfer the money, the transfer fee will be borne by the customer. – We only pay within the above mentioned time.
IV. IN CASE OF PURCHASING A TOUR ONLINE AT THE WEBSITE SYSTEM OF DAO TRAVEL TOUR
For online payment, customers can refund, cancel, or change tours according to the above regulations. Customers will be responsible for the cost of money transfer, tour cancellation, and refund fees.
V. FORCE MAJEURE:
If the tour program is canceled or changed due to force majeure (weather, accident, natural disaster, war...), then Dao Travel Tour shall not be liable for any damages incurred and shall not be liable for any legal liability.
However Dao Travel Tour responsible for assisting the damaged party to minimize losses caused by force majeure.
